Our Story
Manchester didn't ask for permission. It built mills, laid rail, and lit the furnaces that powered an empire. Cotton & Coal is our love letter to that spirit — honest fire, exceptional produce, and not a shred of pretence.
Every cut is dry-aged in-house, grilled over British charcoal and white oak, and served the way the North likes it: generously. We work only with native-breed farms and butchers we know by name.
